"I needed diagnostics and repairs of a doorbell that ceased to function after pressure washing of the home; we replaced the bell, but it was still not functional. Brett quickly found and repaired the issue. He also found a problem with the 20 year old surge protector, which was double tapped to the main breaker. He installed a new surge protector and removed it from the main breaker. I did not even know this was a problem, as the home inspector had not discussed it with us when we purchased a year ago.
