"We are very happy with the kitchen painting job that Lance and his crewman Sean just did for us! This kitchen had not been painted in many, many years and we were really impressed with the thorough prep work they did to ensure that old dirt and grease would not get in the way of great paint coverage. Lance was very helpful in helping us decide upon a color. The work was done quickly and on time, Sean was friendly and professional, and Lance made sure every last detail was seen to until we were fully satisfied. Sean even wound up correcting some small crack and paint problems in another part of our house that were left over from another painter. I recommend Lance Sanchez Painting very highly and will definitely use them again!"

"I contacted Fernando through another app about a year ago . Out of 4 other pros, he was the only one that was interested in taking a look in person . He did set up his crew before they arrived so that they worked efficiently. He provided recommendations of which paint colors complement each other in conjunction with my flooring and theme I was going for . Although the project he did for me was a bit cumbersome, he was in good spirits throughout the stream . Fernando leads his team with customer satisfaction as his primary drive and motivation. I recommend Palmaâ s Painting to anyone needing their service because of the quality of their work, reasonable pricing, and outstanding customer service ."

"Paul was so easy to communicate with every step of the way. He first painted our interior of our first home, and we hired him again to paint our exterior. He works carefully and thoughtfully. We appreciated how he took the time to explain his choices and recommendations! Great guy and a master of his craft!"

"I am so very happy I went with this company. Their work is amazing. Their guys are very good painters. Some of the best I have seen. Sung is extremely professional and reasonable with his prices. You get more than your moneys worth. My home looks so beautiful now. Thank you to Sung and his Father and the amazing crew Jeison, Marc and Ronald. Iâ m also in the trades (Plumber). Sung was the first and only one that was not trying to swindle me. Old school business practices where men work for their money. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Kevin West."

Painters usually price a job by the square feet of the project. Sometimes they’ll include flat fees for fixed expenses, like overhead and permits.
We make finding a painter easy. Simple use our directory to find a painter. Here you can browse local pros, check their reviews and do your first screening without ever having to call. We’ve also prescreened all the pros for you, to give you peace of mind.
Interior painting makes for a doable DIY project. You can save some money and get a real sense of accomplishment by doing this yourself. And, with the right prep work – covering, taping and scraping – it’s fairly forgiving. But it takes a lot of time to move furniture, tape trim, prep the surface and cover your floor, let alone apply the actual paint. Instead, save yourself the time and hassle and find a local interior painter.
Leave exterior painting to the pros. Not only do you need to worry about the type and quality of the paint, you’ll also likely need a ladder and considerably more prep work. You’ll likely need additional equipment like ladders, scaffolding and possibly a paint sprayer. It’s almost cheaper to just hire a pro. Talk to a local exterior house painter about your project.
