"<p>For the past year I had been contemplating adding a gated entrance and coyote fence to make my property a bit more private. I understood this was going to be quite an expensive job so I took my time getting estimates to save some money. I really wanted to make sure I did not sacrifice quality. I saw an ad hanging on the bulletin at the coffe shop in the San Busco center for these guys and decided to give them a call.</p> <p>Long story short, I am a straight shooter and like to get to the point quickly. I called them up and spoke to Eddie. He agreed to come out and take a look at the property and give an estimate. The wall I wanted was to be 6 ft high. I also wanted pillars and a 150' coyote fence. The estimate came in at $19,000 including materials. I had been shopping around quite extensively. This was on the lower end of the estimates I had recieved. I was able to negotiate and we agreed on $17,000. I was happy with the price. The fact that this company isn't very well known yet threw me off, but Eddie seemed very genuine and was very adiment in assuring me the job would be done correctly and they would not cut any corners to ensure the quality was top notch. He also guaranteed his work for 5 years I decided to give them a shot. </p> <p>We were out of town visiting family and were only home for the first day of the job. Eddie and his workers showed up in a timely manner and began work quickly. When we arrived 2 weeks later and finally were able to see the completed fence and wall we were expremely pleased. The coyote fence came out very straight and level at the top of the poles. The wall was exactly as I had pictured it. Another detail worth mentioning is our property was spotless when we arrived home. No trash or stucco lying around. Very professional. We had to purchase the gate and have it installed elsewhere.</p> <p>In conclusion, I was nervous spending so much money, but I was being "cheap". It definately paid off in this case. "Joe had to cut out part of the entry-way ceiling, replace it, plaster and paint over it.   If we didn't know exactly where the work was done we would never know it had been damaged and repaired.   Even though it was a very small job he treated it and us as if it was the most important thing on his schedule.  He also helped us figure out where a window was leaking, and sealed it so it doesn't leak anymore.  He was professional, efficient, cleaned up after himself and was very friendly too!  We plan to use him again for our next project. <br />"

"I made the appointment to redeem my Big Deal with no problem.  Even so, no one showed up at the appointed time.  A half hour after the service provider was to arrive, I called the owner, Michael Ortiz, who apologized and got off the phone to call his crew.  He called me back in a few minutes, and said that he would personally come over and do the job himself.  He arrived promptly 20 minutes later and swiftly and expertly completed my drywall repair job.  He was very professional and courteous.  I will use hime again. <br />"
