We talked and laughed about my lack of knowledge of keeping the lawn and flowers at their best. He left and gave me plenty of time to read over all the materials he had left with his cell phone number for any questions I might have later. What was most impressive to me was that I made all the decisions on what I wanted done  and was able to talk to him about thoses decisions with complete satisfaction and no pressure. I was even told that at any time I could change or add a treatment when I wanted to.  Decisions made, appointments set up and kept on time, work very professional and a call from the office for next appointment and to make sure everything went well. Could not ask for better service that works."

"I called Sprinkler King, Dave W., this am and his guy, Mike, was at my home at 1 pm diagnosing my problems. He was very competent and found that my #2 valve (which I reported as not working) was not active because it was capped off and not set up to work originally. He reviewed the rest of my entire system, checking and repairing all of the hoses, fittings and nozzles and then set my times for me. This took one hour. My system now works completely and I was very happy with their service. I would definitely use them again."

"Called on Sunday, service tech was there within a few hours. Awesome in my book. Walked around the house, took the time to talk to me, but didn't exactly explain what he was going to do. I "thought" he was going to do a lot more, but it got the job done so that's OK. He explained I had to pay $50/month for "continued" ant spray service or else he wouldn't set the traps. Not great but OK. Caught a mouse a few days later and they came the next day, took care of it no worries. When they came back for a "continued" cleaning, removed a wasp nest we didn't know we had. So all in all bit on the pricey side but great service. <br />"

"My back yard has a steep hill -- no, not the grassy knoll type -- but bedrock and clay. When the house was purchased in '96 everything was ok with the hill. However, age, among other factors, had not been kind to the wood retaining wall--it seemed to be dissolving more each year. Additionally, the steps leading to the deck [built into the hill about half way up] had been poorly constructed and were pusihing up from the ground. They were unsafe. <br /> A very good friend recommended Tolosa Gardens and Landscape. Came on Angie's list and there were a couple more good reviews. Enough said! <br /> I cannot begin to speak highly enough of Bill and his so very capable crew. They estimated the project at two weeks -- and completed it three days early. Each morning the guys arrived just prior to 8 a.m. to quietly set everything out -- and promptly hit the ground running at 8. They are knowledgable, experienced and very skilled professionals -- not to mention informative and good hurmored. <br /> Bill kept in contact by email and phone, as well as frequent visits to the backyard and quot;siteand quot;. Each day at quitting time everything was picked up, put away, or stacked neatly. <br /> Would I hire them again ? A resounding yes! . <br /> <br />"

"They didn't seem to have the right equipment. They dug out the rocks out and tried to wash it off with a hose on the driveway. I finally told them to just toss that and buy new rocks. However, the young man who owned the business was nice and they crew worked hard. It also looked very nice when they finished."
