"After not even being able to get a call back from several contractors, Rick Moat agreed to give the problem with my front door a look. I was very impressed with his thorough, logical approach to my problem. He performed several tweaks to my door that improved it right away. It s the kind of problem that no one wanted to take on as, short of replacing my front door (which was installed new only two years ago and I will state irrevocably, do not use Coast Door and Hardware, they do not stand by their work in any way), water absorption and intrusion are very hard to diagnose and fix. "We hired Michael and his company, Northgate Development to repair an old deck in our backyard. It soon became obvious that the deck was not salvageable. After discussing it with Michael he gave us several options - replacing all the deck boards with redwood or with Trex deck boards. He was very patient in explaining the pros and cons of each option and the prices involved. In the end we decided to go with Trex. His installation of the deck with new supports and water proofing was beyond what I thought he would do. His employee Angel craftsmanship was excellent. When I identified a problem with one of the deck boards, he replaced it without problem. In the end, we spent more than we had budgeted but we are really happy with the results. If you need deck work, I recommend hiring Michael and his team."

"It was very easy task to talk, hire and have my carpet cleaned. The following day after I spoke to them, a person came over to my house and gave me a great estimate for the carpet cleaning. 
Daniel was the person that worked at my house and he did a great job. He worked for 3 hours. After the carpet was cleaned, it looked like new and I had to let it dry for several hours. Thank you Daniel for the great clean and service.

"I contacted them for a quote and they called me within 10 minutes. Explained what they would do and the cost. (I also had two other quotes, 1 company was a little more expensive, the other quoted long distance rate). We set the date and they explained the cancellation policy. They called the day before the move to re-confirm the time and asked if I had any questions. The next morning two young men, Jason and Serge, arrived on time. They were prompt, professional, hard workers and had a great sense of humor. We walked through the house so they would understand what was being moved. And then they started. They worked fast but were very careful in wrapping and organizing everything. Once loaded, we headed to the new place. Several items needed to be moved out to go to another location which they did very quickly. Then everything was unloaded, we headed to a second location to drop off items and pick one up to return to the condo. Everything was moved without a dent, nick, chip or any breakage. They arranged furniture for me and put together things they had taken apart. They did the complete job in just 5 hours. I would absolutely hire this company again. I was very pleased with them."
