"I started working with the Clifton organization on some exterior wood repair on my 4 plex in Oxnard. I live out-of-town so I needed to handle this repair remotely. They provided a detailed quote based on visual inspections. Once they started, additional wood damage was discovered. They provided detailed pictures to accompany the supplemental quotes. This was invaluable to help me in understanding the scope of the work. I approved all additional work. They did an excellent job. They replaced wood siding, wood railings, garage door wood framing and many places that needed stucco repair. After this was completed, I asked if they could do some repairs to two bathroom vanities, kitchen cabinets, and the kitchen counter top in one of the units. It turned out they were not repairable and again they provided detailed pictures supporting the need to replace them. Once more, I approved. They selected the replacements based on my requirements. "It was very easy task to talk, hire and have my carpet cleaned. The following day after I spoke to them, a person came over to my house and gave me a great estimate for the carpet cleaning.

"I contacted them for a quote and they called me within 10 minutes. Explained what they would do and the cost. (I also had two other quotes, 1 company was a little more expensive, the other quoted long distance rate). We set the date and they explained the cancellation policy. They called the day before the move to re-confirm the time and asked if I had any questions. The next morning two young men, Jason and Serge, arrived on time. They were prompt, professional, hard workers and had a great sense of humor. We walked through the house so they would understand what was being moved. And then they started. They worked fast but were very careful in wrapping and organizing everything. Once loaded, we headed to the new place. Several items needed to be moved out to go to another location which they did very quickly. Then everything was unloaded, we headed to a second location to drop off items and pick one up to return to the condo. Everything was moved without a dent, nick, chip or any breakage.
