"Our family interviewed a couple of contractors to help us remodel our guesthouse. From the start, Guy came with a professional and exciting energy that made us feel comfortable with going with Builderzz. Guy was upfront about what he thought was possible/safe and you knew he was paying attention because he never missed a detail! Although Builderzz was not the lowest quote, we appreciated the reasonable, itemized and thorough estimate! For this particular project, we had our guesthouse's kitchen, flooring, and bathroom redone. The remodel looks immaculate! The best part about working with Guy and Builderzz Remodeling was their dedication to quality and speed (it was not one or the other). I've worked with other contractors and they were NEVER on schedule. I was shocked at how quickly they moved through the house. However, I also really appreciated Guy's dedication to quality. Our piping was completely outdated and Guy automatically updated the piping because his team didn't feel comfortable with the old piping (I LOVE THAT!) On top of that, Guy was great about communicating timelines, expectations, and questions with me. I'm usually at work during business hours so Guy was great through e-mail and text which I really needed to complete this project. With any project there can always be hiccups. Guy and team never try to deflect blame or make excuses. I think this is extremely important and speaks volumes to their character. Guy always tries to make all things right. "Jeff answered the phone, came out the same day and looked over the job. He opened the operator and just knew what to do. He gave his bid which was better than the others I had received. Even though the language barrier was present, it did not keep me from knowing that Jeff was the right person for the job. He cut the gate,put in two posts and lock and put in the manual gate and painted the posts he had installed. He was thorough, diligent and the price was outstanding for the work done. We will have him make our pet gate in the back yard soon and I doubt we will even try to bid it out as he is very fair and reasonable. Plus, he is just a very nice person who takes pride in his work and wants to do a good job for the customer. Please don't let the mild language issue deter you from giving the job to Jeff or you will have a lost opportunity to have a great product for a fair price."
