Troy was able to isolate and seal the flashing issue that was causing our roof leak, however after further investigation, requiring the removal of some siding, we found some more serious structural damage to the studs in the wall. This seemed to be a beyond his expertise as a 1-man job, so we opted to have him stop there and will bring in a construction contractor to make these repairs.
