"More than satisfied - excellent work demolishing and removing a cinder block wall. The area was completely cleaned up afterwards, all debris was collected and removed. The immediate, as well as surrounding area, was cleared and leveled just to add a nice unexpected finish. "Victor and his very competent and industrious crew at ProBuilders did a first rate job in repairing the defects - from our homes builder - to our concrete driveway and the stucco on the front of our home. The work being done to the driveway and stucco was explained to us in detail and was finished in the time frame Victor laid out for us. The price was reasonable too. "I’m not sure how to update my review but I did attach my previous review. I was contacted by TLC field manager and he was very willing to work with me and the insurance. He was very responsive to my concerns. As of now, we’re still waiting for the house to be redone, but TLC was very professional and responsive about this whole ordeal. Description of work: Not sure why we had such bad luck with this company. Let me just start off by saying they have been courteous the whole time but they can’t seem to get the job done. First, we called them for a leak in the master bath. Upon arrival, they found the leak was from a pipe accessible from the living room. So they cut up the drywall and supposedly fixed the leak. We thought, not too bad. Minimal floor damage. Had to file a claim with insurance for the floor damage in masters. So then there was no hot water after the fix, so we had to pay for new water heater. Don’t know if they were the ones who broke it or not. Then in the middle night, the pipe they fixed bursted and now pretty much damaged the floors of the whole living room, hallway, etc. called them back and they “fixed” it but now we see saw marks on the pvc tubing next to the wall where they were sawing. Got another call in for them to come out. Meanwhile, we had to file another insurance claim meaning another deductible out of our pocket not to mention the stress of a water damaged home!"

"Had a plumber come fix my girlfriend plumbing which it needed fixing for a while gave a call to Wright Flow Plumbing came out and fixed it. Yes it was difficult be he never did complain or anything. Well mannered and professional. We talked and joked around while working on the plumbing. And got the job done. I would recommend Wright Flow Plumbing to any one. "I work for a construction cost data company and deal with a lot of contractors in my work. I've also renovated 6 homes and have had a lot of contractor experience there as well. I can truly AC&R are simply the best contractors I have ever worked with. I can be a very hard customer to please and so I got 5 estimates on removing a package unit (AC/Heat) from my backyard and putting a new furnace in my crawl space. One guy who came to estimate the job said "Some jobs you walk away from. I'm running away from this job!" Seriously. I actually had Gabe and Dustin from AC&R to my house twice just to make sure they hadn't missed anything on the original quote. They were extremely professional, courteous and helpful in their suggestions. They weren't the cheapest estimate, but the weren't even close to the highest and they just seemed to be very honest so we hired them. They came back with an installation supervisor the day before the scheduled install and went over everything in detail. Then the best part came - our installers Tony and Benny spent three full days dismantling my old system and installing the new one. They too were very professional, neat, courteous and super nice to my dog. Two electricians also spent half a day here on the third day and all of them stuck around for the startup and testing.
