Jose aka “Pops” had extensive details of how to make the project come together, while his son Jose had the modern perspective of how to keep the project in current times. The foremen, Elvis explained every detail whenever we had questions or requests. Allen, Gochi, and Ozzy showed up everyday with professionalism and care. The whole team is trustworthy and relatable. I will NOT use any other painting/stucco/interior/exterior specialist for any future project. The care and detail the team provided went above and beyond. WORTH every penny! Rick Jamison Painting was by far the most responsive to my scope of work. Rick Jamison himself came out twice personally to discuss the details of my project during the bidding process. Jordan was the project manager and estimator and kept me informed throughout the process. Mario was the lead painter and showed great attention to detail and was clearly experienced at his craft. They even fixed my wooden gate as part of the project. They were not the least expensive bidder but I chose them because I felt they knew their stuff, paid attention to the details, and would do a high quality job (which they did)."

"Pérez Painting and More did a great job painting my house, removing the carpet, adding new floors, and cleaning. They also did exterior painting to my house and handyman work such as installing new door seals, curtain rods, fire alarms, pluming, electricity, and welding. As well as fixed cabinets in the kitchen. Jorge, Sergio and their crew worked very hard and did a very clean job. They finished the work during the time stamp asked for and worked very quickly. Hillary their secretary always answered very quickly and always assisted to more additions that I needed. They were so helpful, and the price was great as well. Most importantly, they are hornist! I got estimated amount of floor material that I needed from some other floor guy. After they installed my floor, they left many boxes, they told me exactly how many boxes were left and helped me return to the floor material company. I really recommend them as they will leave you very satisfied and happy with their work."

"James painted our house about two years ago. At the time he patched and painted some beams that had dry rot. I noticed recently that they were peeling a bit. He came back and patched and painted again for no charge. Wonderful service, great prices and very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend."

"I am finally leaving this review because I need to contact John to hire him for another job and I want him and everybody to know how great his company is work with. He is super pro! He came out right away. Gave me a fair estimate and told me exactly how we could get the work done with my limited budget. Then his team started and completed the job twice as fast as any of the other estimates while at the same time being totally detailed oriented and careful not to get paint on my fancy furniture or hardwood floors. Whenever we/they were confused about the paint or process and John was offsite, we called him and he dealt with it immediately. After it was done, I complained that the paint was too thin because I hung a painting and some paint came off the wall. He told me it was because it needed more time to dry because the weather was damp. Well he was right! Fast-forward two years later and I could not be more happier with the painting of my house and now I need to call him to paint my guest house!"

"The project involved comprehensive renovations, including the demo of floors, tiles, wood paneling, popcorn ceilings and wallpaper. He installed two full bathrooms, complete with shower and tub surrounds, plumbing fixtures, vanities and mirrors. Additionally, he refinished the kitchen cabinets, installed recessed lighting, ceiling fans and a wall unit, and painted both the interior and exterior of the house along with all new hardware and fixtures. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the work and it was all completed on schedule."

They did an excellent job in prepping the house for the actual painting and they completed the house in a timely manner (5 and 1/2 days straight through).
