"quality is always excellent. Delivery has always been on time. this is the third time I have used Arkansas wood door"

"After strong winds last night, our kitchen solar tube leaked briefly. I was going to see if I could caulk around it myself, but my ladder wasn't tall enough to get up to the roof. I called Mr. Korling to see if there was any possibility he could come by same day, as rain was expected again tonight. He was very accommodating and arrived and checked the solar tube to see where the leak might be. He spent at least 20 minutes checking and the leak couldn't be replicated, even with a hose directed straight on the tube cover. He said he thought it was probably condensation inside the tube, and that the installation on the tube looked impeccable. He said if it happened again, he would come back and check further. He didn't charge me a thing for the visit. He was professional, prompt and friendly. I was relieved by his findings."

I started the business with the majority focus on customer service & quality craftsmanship. I pride myself in meeting and/or exceeding the Local and State requirements of building standards. I enjoy doing the very smallest of Handyman projects; Addition or Remodel projects that freshen up your home or business; & New Construction to whatever you can dream or imagine. Small projects or large projects, it doesn't matter to me, it's the customer that matters & the smile on their face when their project is complete and their expectations have been surpassed. "AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"Angel was responsive to my inquiry by email. Came out for an estimate to install stock cabinets, counter top and sink as well as all the plumbing. The day he was scheduled to come to install he called me to explain he had made a mistake on his estimate and wanted to talk with me first because he said he would not just come to do the work then tell me, this was for $20.00! that impressed me a lot. He was so careful of my home protecting the area he worked in he did a quality job! He was efficient an organized."
