"They removed the two layers of roofing that was already up. Added the roof vent tiles across the entire top of the roof (not sure what they are called but they allow the attic to vent without turbines.) cleaned up, painted under all the eves. Beautiful job! We were on a timeline because we were selling the house and they came through with flying colors!  The price was reasonable. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. They gave us a good guarantee on the roof.  What I liked is that they employ their workers and carry workmans comp etc.  They do not use day laborers. Their men are experienced and reliable. <br />"

"The contractor was very responsive through email when I first requested a quote.  It was easy to set up an appointment and they did well to be here earlier than initially scheduled when they started the job.  They replaced the roof within 2 days of starting.  They did a pretty good job of replacing the roof and provided a fair price.  The issues came during construction when they damaged the existing satellite dish and some bird deterrents that were on my roof.  They just tore up anything that was on the roof without consulting me first to check if I wanted to keep it.  I brought up to them the issues about the satellite dish and bird deterrents but they have yet to rectify those situations.  "

"It was Memorial Day and my usual plumber was closed, so I figured I would go down the list and give O'Hagan a try since it's in my neighborhood.  A copper pipe had burst in my basement over the weekend and parts of the basement were an ankle deep in water, so this wasn't something I wanted to wait on.  Mr. O'Hagan answered right away, and although he is a little eccentric and overly talkative, he had his worker at my house within 30 minutes despite being technically closed as well. <br /> It only took Cruz about an hour to remove the damaged length of pipe and replace it, and he showed me exactly what caused the leak in the first place.  The repair cost was right on point with what I was expecting, and considering it was a holiday weekend, I would have gladly paid double due to the emergent need of the repairs.   <br /> I'm glad to know I can count on another plumber should I ever need one again. <br />"
