"Awful quality, horrible customer service. Their fence starts falling apart but they refuse to fix it. The project was to build a 5 foot privacy vinyl fence around my property. The fence was fine for about 18 months and then starts falling apart. Called them almost every day asking to fix it and their standard answer was "next week". So far it is already 2 months since I contacted them first time and no progress since then."
