"We spent $600 to replace a bearing. Atkins put the washer back incorrectly. It leaked and ran rough. He came back. It still ran rough and leaked. After this, on at least two occasions, he said he would be there and never showed or called or responded to my text. In the meantime, it went from a leak to running even rougher and water running out and flooding our floor. I texted him. I sent pictures and videos. He never responded. He never came back.
