"The guys from Southern Appeal removed many large overgrown azalea bushes from my backyard and the side yard. These shrubs were probably planted 20 years ago most were at least 8ft tall and probably as wide. Many of them were close to large oak trees. They completely removed all the shrubs including the roots. They took great care to access the yard without causing any damage to the grass or other trees and shrubs. The area was completely cleaned up. In fact they far exceeded our expectations as we only paid for removal, but they left the area in a very tidy condition. All the material was removed and from our yard, leaving us with a clean slate to replant. I feel the price was very fair for the scope of the job and I will definitely be using Southern Appeal for future work.

"The crew showed up the day that was agreed upon, at 6AM to start the job. They wanted to get an early start before it got too hot. This was fine with me. They did a very good job of installing my 20X25 foot concrete pad. They were finished by 1:30 PM. They were all very friendly, and worked very hard to complete the job. I would definitely have them do concrete work for me again. One not too good part was they tried to make a small apron to drive on the pad, but it was a little thin and broke when I drove on the pad. Not a big deal. I am going to add a new driveway in the future."

"Project manager was late for initial visit even though he called in advance and said he would be late. He did not bring any samples or pictures for me to review . Had to leave and make three separate trips for additional material."

"Louis came to our Pensacola vacation home and provided design and landscaping plans.  He's very creative, can visualize the finished product and is talented at selling his ideas to the homeowner.  He produced a project plan under budget but overran by 20% due to yard infrastructure (sprinkler and well pump system).  His team made a big mistake uprooting some plants that we agreed would stay and he replaced them without any issue.
