The Company was started back in 1987 by Don Frame Jr (hence the name D.F.). Don has been working in the construction business for over 40 years and actually did all the work himself until just a few years ago. As the business has grown so has our staff, but we do not have any sales people. Having done the work himself is a real advantage because Don now does all the estimating so he can answer just about any question pertaining to siding and windows because he has seen it before. It is his philosophy to supply the customer with all the knowledge necessary for them to make a wise and economical decision about the upkeep of their home. No high pressure sales pitch. He listens to what you are looking for, supplies you with the best solutions and leaves you on your way with a complete list of references to check out our most recent jobs. "I contacted R.M Pena to get an estimate for a patio door and window replacement. Their estimator Jarrod was very punctual and professional. After learning what we were looking for, he took time explaining everything that needed to be done. He showed us the brochures for the doors and windows. He explained what type of work will be involved and also gave us a clear timeline regarding door ordering, ETA and project completion. Later, I realized that I needed to replace some rotten siding next to the door and asked him if he can come again for an estimate. He was very responsive and came for second time for the estimate. I signed the contract with R.M Pena and they scheduled my project in 4 to 6 weeks as promised. Their team arrived on time. They were all very professional. They did an excellent job replacing the door, window and siding. They finished everything before evening. They cleaned all the leftover and did not leave any garbage behind. Their workmanship was excellent. Their was no flaw in material or installation. It has been almost 3 months after the job and we have not had any problem regarding any of their products. Although, their prices were slightly higher compared to their competitors but based on such a positive experience, I would definitely recommend them and hire them again myself too."
