"Gunner Roofing We used Gunner to replace shingles. They told us that if we upgraded the skylight to one that is solar powered we would get a tax credit of 30% of the entire job, a savings of over $2000. We weren't planning to replace the skylight but the numbers made sense. When we filed our taxes for that year we learned that the skylight they used did NOT qualify for the tax credit. They mislead us to spending an extra $2,500 on the job. When I called to complain I left a message but no one ever returned my call. This is after they didn't do a good job on the roof and it took them months to come back and fix the leaks they caused. STAY AWAY!! Show less"

"The end of June 2025 two employees came measured and quoted a price for the new roof sales person was very good at his job I signed a contract that day due to the quoted price for that day A month later two weeks before the start of the job I was contacted and told they misquoted the roof installation by 3,000 dollars Therefore the installation was cancelled I can?t pay an additional charge for something that they didn?t calculate correctly the person who called me was upset and worried about losing his job and I was worried about paying additional fees They should have honored the quoted price I signed a contract Thats not good business practices ?"
