"We recently reached out to multiple roofing companies for quotes to replace our roof. Greg Luebbe was our contact at Angie Roofing. We were impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Greg walked us through everything we would need to know and took the time to answer all our questions. He also took the time to explain the process of reporting our claim to the insurance company. We now have insurance approval and going to set up an appointment with Angi Roofing to install our roof. I would recommend Greg Luebbe and Angi Roofing for anyone need a professional and responsive company to work with."

"Having used Keefe Roofing about 2 years ago on the place we just sold, it was a no brainer that we wanted them putting on the new roof. The crews do excellent work. They protect the foliage around the house so it doesn’t get damaged by shingles that might come off the roof. And they clean up daily. They get all the nails with a strong magnet. They even go over the grass with the magnet. It was nice to see the entire crew looking through the rocks for nails & debris on the last day. They really do get extra points for their clean up. It turned out that when the old roof was stripped off, I had a lot of plywood that was rotten (14 sheets at last count) and some of the 2x4s were bad as well. The crew cut them out and replaced them giving me a sound base before beginning the actual reroofing."

"Replacing a roof is not a glamorous task as there is lots of old roof debris to discard. Our house roof pitch and gable design didn’t make it easy to place a dumpster container in the driveway to slide everything into. Proguard Restoration and their crew manually removed all the debris on to tarps and hand carried them to the dumpster container. After everything was completed you would have never know they were there. Cleanup was perfect! There was even an issue with one of the tarps that accidentally went into the pool and Proguard Restoration had a Pool Company come and clean it afterwards. A special thanks to Randall Moore for the great communication throughout the entire process and for taking care of a few punch list items. We could not be more pleased with Proguard Restoration and would highly recommend them for any project. Thank You for our incredible new roof!!"

"I highly recommend Sure Seal Roof Solutions for any and all repairs needed for roofing issues. After speaking with countless roofing contractors (5) and hiring JW to perform the job (which they failed miserably at and were not asked to return to complete the job), Jake, the owner, took over the job and went above and beyond in fixing our roofing issues. Plus, he beat every contractor's estimated price. I would definitely hire him again for any of our roofing issues."

"No other company would even consider coming out to look at our roof for 2 - 3 months after the hurricane. Their office called and said Dusty would be over the same day and he repaired it promptly and at a very reasonable cost."

"You alway take a chance when selecting a contractor to do work. Reading reviews and word of mouth is about the only way to decide. Of course once the work is done you know exactly if you made the right decision. I made the right decision to have Sham Shield Powerwashing clean my tile roof in Viera. The work was completed in a timely manner, the pricing was competitive and I am very satisfied with the results. The owner Zac was very personable and proactive on providing the best job possible. So if you're like me and looking for someone to do some exterior cleaning don't fret over who to pick. Just call Zac and he will take care of you."

"I contacted Sunrise Roofing Services for a roof replacement. Karel gave me an estimate was thorough, timely, and to the penny accurate. He explained the entire process including providing insurance and license information. He installed a tarp to prevent any further leaks into my house (no additional cost). The project was delayed because I was out of town so we agreed to a no earlier than start date. When I returned they started the project within one day of that date. They showed up on time (exactly) and I ask to see the permit. They pointed to my front door where they had posted it prior to ringing the bell. I was impressed. The old roof was removed and Florida required nailing patterns completed (including the nailing affidavit). The decking was repaired. A new underlayment, roof, vents, skylights, and flashings were installed. Cleanup was thorough. All of this was completed in one day including local building permit inspections. The following day the owner, Maria Flores, came by for payment. She came prepared with Lien release forms, warranty information, affidavit of contractors final payment as well as an invoice. We settled up while discussing her business. I relayed to her the things that impressed me most. 1. She has an actual place of business (not working out of her house like too many contractors) 2. No down payment required. 3. All of the roof installers are employees (not day workers). 4. All the paperwork was completed and presented in a timely manner. 5. Her employees are top notch. Installing a roof in the summertime in Florida is brutal. They probably deserve a raise. 6. Her company is a certified installer of the CertainTeed roofing line of products. I verified this with CertainTeed prior to contracting her. Maria was cordial, well prepared, and thorough. I found that she runs a professional business with good people and would have no problem recommending her to everyone."
