"I've been with them I know 4 years.  You're gonna have a hiccup every now and then.  There was in an announcement they gave me for mulching and everything, but we got it straightened out.  I'm not sure how long that's gonna be, but we got it straightened out.  They're very good.   They're a very good family ran business.  Two brothers are running it now, Matt & Rick; and both of them you know, they're just good guys.  They do an excellent job.  Matt, who oversees the mowing; I can't say enough good things about him because he's outstanding.  One thing I've noticed about this particular landscaping company; they care you know, they wanna know if you're not happy.  Especially Matt; I think Rick does landscaping, but as far as the mowing and all this other stuff.  Matt's the one that I have most of, well actually all of my correspondence is with Matt.  He has a crew that does all the work.  The cost is weekly.  On price, I think for the size of yard; A.  On punctuality, well now sometimes they come maybe on a Wednesday.  I think if I set a date, if I said Matt I want the crew here on Thursday no exceptions; I think he'd do it.  I didn't have them mow last week because it was too hot and the yard didn't need it.  So they came Monday, when they would have usually been here Wednesday or Thursday before.  So, it's okay.  The only reason why I went trying, I was just checking prices because I'm alone and I'm trying to watch how I spend the money, but nah.  They're just good guys.  They are a good company and I'm speaking 98.9% regarding Matt because that's the one I use the most.  I hope he knows it, but it never hurts for someone else to tell him.  He's just been very good as far as my relationship with him on business; it's just been outstanding.  I just have a good relationship with him and I hope it continues because I don't know what I'd do.  I'm sure there's other good ones out there, but that's just one thing I don't have to worry about.  I'd be glad for him to know it, because as I said I think he already knows how much I appreciate him and how much I think of him, but it's always good for him to know that I'm willing to tell others too.  It's hard work.  You know landscaping; I know they get on mowers and I know they ride, but let me tell ya.  It's hot out there so I appreciate 'em."

"Outdoor Advantage has done 2 jobs for us, one a small stone patio and the other a major front yard landscaping with digging out 2 large tree stumps, and then grading, planting, sod, and a small stone wall. They have just done a tremendous job in all respects, with timely service, great attention to detail, and coming back to fix some small things that made it perfect. Great job!! Will definitely use again, and recommend to all."

"Working with Arthur and the Ballard Enterprises team was a great experience. They did an amazing job with the landscaping, cleanup, and retaining wall. I nearly cried because I haven't seen the outside of my home look decent in so long. :-) The brick for the retaining wall is beautiful and it seems to "brighten" the home. Ballard also did cleanup in my back area and WOW! It looks great and no more walking through tall weeds and mint to get to my deck. I appreciate Arthur teaching me about hostas. I'm not a gardener and know very little about plants and had no idea that was in my yard. And I thought this would take a couple of days but they completed everything in one day. Also I appreciated the quick scheduling of the project and I'm sure my neighbors appreciated it too. :-) Would highly recommend Ballard and have already received many compliments about the work done. Master Fences had installed our existing fence a few years ago and we called them back to extend the fence further around our property to give our two large dogs more space to run around. We also called them back a week and a half later to install some lattice around our deck. Both times Carlos and his crew arrived for the work (and the estimate beforehand) on time and the staff worked quickly and efficiently. Everything looks great and we couldn't be happier. Pricing was more than fair as well.

Krause Construction is amazing.  Out first meeting was with John Krause who was very professional, arrived on time and answered all my questions, and was very prompt in giving me the estimate.  Our second meeting was with Frank (Project Manager) who is also very professional, answered the questions we had, arranged for our financing, and scheduled the date for the remodel to begin.  Frank was there throughout the entire time, (which did take longer than we all anticipated due to unforeseen problems that were not apparent until after the construction began).  He kept me updated on the budget, answered any questions I had as things arose, updated me on the schedule of things to happen and when, and came by to check on the progress several times throughout the process.  Frank was terrific through the entire remodel.

The crew that came to do the work was outstanding. James, Rob, Matt were very professional, respectful of both our home and our family, and knowledgeable about the construction industry. The work that was done is wonderful, James and his crews definitely pay a great deal of attention to details, and it shows in the tile work, the painting, fixtures. 

The crew covered my floors with tarps, cleaned up after each days work, they left nothing laying around at the end of the day, and all trash was removed daily. Considering the amount of work that needed to be done, the crew did a fantastic job in getting our home back in order. This crew was a great pleasure to work with.

I can't say enough about Krause Construction and the employees.  This is a great company to work with, I will definitely call them for our next remodel.
