(Additional materials may be available upon request and depending on availability.) \n\nALL EXIBITORS ARE REQUIRED TO PRODUCE A DISPLAY WITH AN EDUCATIONAL, ENVIRONMENTAL ACTIVITY.\n\nPlease be aware that no balloons are allowed. I had to reschedule my appointment due to my 8 year old autism daughter having COVID and RSV, whoever I spoke to decided upon themselves to cancel out my contact, make me redo another estimate and charged me more money, all because I had to reschedule due to a extremely sick child. How low can you be to do that to customers who have special needs child/children and need to reschedule and charge me more. No one ever reached out to discuss what happened, like they don't even care what they do and then tell me they have to charge me extra. I'm in a year contract that I paid for so I will use up my year, as for staying with them highly undoubted due to what they did to me. If they took the time to reach out to me since I did try to complain several times and have been ignored. The technician Carlos is the one who deserves the 5 starrs. He was awesome, listen and responded great to all my concerns, took time to explain or answer any questions. I highly recommend Carlos!"

"Had to fight to get someone to come out and told "send video" we did of bugs crawling out of wood.Rodney came out and said it was "water damage",the wood dust coming out of bottom of walls"water damage" ..EVERY area of concern"water damage".WATER DAMAGE DOES NOT HAVE FEET AND CRAWL.SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE FOUND AS WELL AS LIVE TERMITES!! David told us"we can't possibly find damage during inspection"and "live termites in (one)trap is good and shows it's working" Another employee checking traps said"It IS termites but oh well I guess we missed it during inspection".We were told and have paperwork stating ONLY outer barn(200+ft away from house)had termites but NONE in house.Cingo was paid nearly $800 for WHAT??? I have pictures AND video.Would NEVER recommend them!!!!"
