"The House Doctor has been my go to for the last 6 years. Owning a historic home has required constant attention and projects to keep the house updated, there is always something that needs attention. Charlie has a vast knowledge and appreciation for historic homes. He always answers my calls or returns them in a timely manner and will come at a moments notice. If he can not do it, he knows someone in the business that can. I highly recommend the House Doctor."

General and sub-contracting, estimating, diagnosis/job-layout.\nBilling procedures: depending on the size of the job, etc. half of the agreed price is paid up front for materials and the other half is to be paid upon completion.\nNumber of employees: varies with size and scope of work, roughly between 2-8 workers. I also can provide a large number of sub- contracted employees for larger scale/ commercial jobs.

Fish World & Pet Shop is a "family owned & operated" pet store that specializes in Fresh Water & Salt Water Fish. We also carry a wide selection of reptiles, small animals and birds. Our knowledgeable staff is available to answer your pet questions. We are a full line pet shop stocking both animals & supplies & offering everything you need from start to finish to keep your pets healthy & happy for years to come. We feel a real pet store should have pets, & we enjoy our role of getting people together with pets.\nFish World and Pet Shop is the nicest & largest pet shop in the area. Fish & pets are our business. Started in 1974 Fish World came to life due to the love Iris Spradley had for fish & animals & a special interest for people with pets. After 16 years in the business, she retired, not knowing that her son & daughter, John & Patricia Spradley, would bring this much loved business back to life in 2007. Our goal is to be the highest quality, cleanest pet store in the area. We strive to carry healthy, well-cared for pets. We want to help our customers find the right pet as well as answer any questions regarding the care of that pet.\n\nBe sure to come in & see our variety of pets, fish & supplies available. Fish World & Pet Shop have both Fresh water & Salt water Tropical fish. We also have a fine selection of food for your pet as well as any other supplies you may need.\n\nFish World & Pet Shop offers the largest Fresh Water central system around with over 146 tanks. We also offer the largest Salt Water system around with over 100 tanks.\n\nWe are the first & only aquarium shop in the area to use the top of the line Central Life Support System by Pro Clear. Once we decided to open, we only wanted the best for our customer; therefore, the Pro-Clear central life support system was chosen for our tank set-up systems. Two central Systems were installed for both the fresh water & salt water system. We also went one step further & installed a Commercial Reverse Osmosis DI system. This system goes a stage beyond Reverse Osmosis. The RO-DI system incorporate solid sediment & carbon block pre-filtration, & advanced Thin Film Composite (TFC) RO membrane, & custom-formulated mixed bed deionization cartridge. The result is laboratory grade purified water, suitable for demanding ultra-high purity applications. By further processing RO water through mixed-bed deionization cartridges, even those difficult to remove chemicals are reduced to virtually undetectable levels. This process makes the ideal water for aquarium set-ups.\n \nSome might say this is a little over kill on our part, but we only want to offer our customers the best. You can rest assured that any fish or supplies that you buy from our store, are the best on the market. We stand behind what is sold & know that by offering the best to the customer, they will become more then just customers. They will become part of the Fish World & Pet Shop family. We love our pets & want you to do the same. \n \nWith over 16 years of experience, we will have the knowledge for all your pet needs. We look forward to meeting you & providing the top of the line pet service for you. If you cannot find an item, you need ask about our special order program. We want our customers to feel like Fish World & Pet Shop is their special place where everyone shares their love of animals.

"We bought some property in Loris, SC (near Myrtle Beach) that had been sadly neglected for many years prior to us purchasing it. On that property was a wildly overgrown 1.5 acre pond that was in great need of clearing to be able to start the pond rejuvenation process. Caleb Primm and his team showed up and in one day took down all of the trees and overgrowth around the pond! They were so professional and had some of the best customer service that I’ve ever experienced. Their attention to detail was impeccable, and we can’t wait to see the pond transformation over the coming months. Highly recommended this company!"

"Even though the lawn and garden beds didn't look that great, we stuck with the seller's landscaping company, Coastal Shores, after purchasing a new home in Bluffton. That turned out to be a mistake and we made a change after 8 months of giving them an opportunity to improve. Most of the premium services listed in our contract like pruning, weeding, chemical treatments were either not performed or done so very sporadically. It was obvious to us that our neighbors had superior companies managing their properties so we switched. In my opinion the owner does not understand the basic tenants of good customer service. He was unresponsive to our concerns and despite knowing that we had issues never bothered to call or pay us a visit. He has a nice website though, but that didn't help our yard to look any better. He recently hired a new manager who has some good ideas about how to turn things around, so there is hope for the future - thus we gave the company a C instead of a D."

A water fountain increases home resale value by elevating curb appeal and enhancing overall property aesthetics. A well-cared-for fountain that matches the home’s design and functions flawlessly boosts buyer confidence and market desirability.
