The following winter was much worse. The system had issues again. From the first time at which we contacted the company, we waited 8 weeks for him to show up and diagnose the issue, and 12 weeks to fix the problem. Further, the issue was a glycol leak that was (1) expensive to resolve and (2) potential evidence of shoddy work in their first set of repairs. The company's technicians are professional and qualified for routine jobs. They are very responsive. However, given the poor management and excessive reliance on one person who seems uninterested in helping, I'd never recommend this company for any work."
