"They were quick to come and see the project, I was unable to meet him at the time, so I explained in clear detail what I wanted, that I only wanted the addition made on, and then to find out how much additionally it would cost to get a couple of the holes in the driveway patched. He did not call me back to give me the price, but instead did everything by snail mail. His first quote was not what I asked for, he quoted replacing the whole driveway, I called and he was able to get another look at it that same week, but again because it was snail mail it was a week before I had a new quote. They got it right the second time. We used their service, but it was at least a month after I approved the quote that I got a call back for scheduling. They told me they would be out maybe Monday afternoon if they got done with another job early, and probably finish on Tuesday. They didn't make it Monday and were there VERY early in the morning on Tuesday and did it all in a couple hours. Overall, their job was very good, I was a little annoyed that I could not just get a phone call about the quote and only used Snail Mail. Their delay in coming out to do the job was irritating. Finally the price was a little higher then I was expecting, being that I had done all the digging and base laying, from online resources I expected it to be around $1500, but this was the easiest quote I could get."

"This was the year for me to get 2 projects done, my roof and fencing, and I did both. They put in the fence 3 feet out of way on one side. I went into Lowe's and told them about it and they came out and corrected it. They didn't get it right the first time and had to dig more holes. I wouldn't want them to do subcontract work for me again. I would use Lowe's again but not for fencing."
