I explained that its a condo and that the unit itself in the utility closet has a separate gas shutoff valve. Knowing this, they refused to remediate the gas leak."

"Just a few years ago, we hired Double D to remove all of the old bright yellow siding (40 years old) and remove both layers of old roofing. The goal was to replace the roof and figure out the best options for us regarding the siding. The owner came out, met with us, presented options and associated costs quite clearly. The work was done in a timely manner (less than two weeks) and still looks great. We had zero problems with Double D. I plan on using them again to update a section of the siding that had previously been covered by a back deck. IMPORTANT NOTE: My neighbors replaced their siding with another company even though we advised them that Double D’s pricing was spot on and extremely professional, with attention to detail.
