"Drew was great. Very friendly and very knowledgeable. After our first appointment, he gave me a very detailed, itemized estimate of the work he recommended to fully waterproof my basement (sidewalk and french drain on one side, regrading the other). In total it was more than I wanted to spend right now, so I opted for just the sidewalk. He was able to schedule the work fairly quickly. His crew was prompt, professional, and fast. They did the demo and had the framing up in less than a full day, and poured the concrete the following morning and were done by lunch. It looks fantastic and is keeping that side of my basement dry. I'm very happy with the results and highly recommend this company. <br />"

"Good communications, professional, and responsive. I am impressed! <br /> GFC communicated with me via email and phone in advance. The crew lead was professional and communicated as expected 20 minutes before arrival. They ground, patched, and coated the garage floor with primer the first day. They applied the color coat and flecks the next day. They came back and applied the clear coats the next day. Each day they cleaned up after themselves leaving almost no trace. It was starting to get cold out, so they shut my garage door almost all the way down to the ground to conserve heat in the garage. They also covered the opening with plastic to retain heat and keep out rain/snow while allowing the coating that extended outside the garage to dry. The odor was very strong. Even though they taped up the inside garage door with plastic, some of the odor still got into the house. Couldn't be helped I suppose. There was one issue with part of the garage floor that remained sticky, but they came out right away the next day and took care of it. <br /> Overall, I'm very impressed with their work and would not hesitate to recommend them. -Jonathan... <br />"

"The floor was torn out and replaced first and went fine. The driveway and sidewalks removed and replaced next over a few days. The border of the driveway was stamped and adds distinction to the driveway. They all turned out excellent."

"Mike Walk was recommended to us by a friend to have our roof checked for hail damage.  We were very close to the hailstorm track. <br /> this occurred in July, 2013.  Mike inspected the roof and told us it didn't need replacing at that time but some of the shingles were cracked down the middle.  There was a recall on this particular shingle.  Mike gave us the information and offered to remove and replace the required shingles to send in for the warranty.  He took photos of the entre roof.  All of this was done at no cost to us.  We received a small refund on a 20 year old roof.  The company did not reimburse Mike for his work, so we did.  Mike, also had one of his workers seal all of the cracks which would get our roof through another year.  This I paid for.  <br /> The following year, 2014, Mike checked back  with us and determined that my roof was now ready for replacement.  Mike helped pick out the shingles and the color, explaining his reasoning for both.  We agreed to take his suggestions.   He did not try to sell unnecessary reapairs.  He was here several times to check on his crew.  They were efficient, finishing the job in one day, and cleaned up everything.   No nails nor trash was left.  No flowers nor bushes were damaged. <br /> Mike also recommended a painter who did a great job on our house.  We had a gas fireplace put in after the roofing was finished.  Mike came out to inspect  the roof to ensure no damage was done to the roof area around the chimney. <br /> We have received many compliments on how good the roof looked.  One of our neighbors wants Mike do do his roof. <br /> Mike and his crew did a great job and we would definitely use him again. <br /> <br />"
