"Pat and his team were, by and large, fantastic. They executed on all aspects of the original quote flawlessly. The ribbon pointing around the stonework, especially in the front part of the house, turned out very nice. We're extremely happy with how the masonry looks. It went so smoothly, we added additional work onto the quote to seal the concrete and touch up paint along the exterior of the house. The painting wasn't as neat or clean as it could have been - it's probably a little step above what I could have done. Mostly importantly, when we encountered a couple of problems along the way, they were responsive and went above and beyond to sort it out. I think they approached the whole project very well, and even worked with us on the price for the add-ons. All-in-all, super solid work from a super solid contractor. Highly recommended."

"I can only say great things about JA Drywall. We had quite a complicated chimney repair. From the beginning of the process, this company stood out from all the others. Most companies did not return my calls. One did respond but never showed up to start work. The JA Drywall owner came to our initial appointment on time, evaluated the job and gave us a reasonable and fair estimate. The work crew then came on time and worked really hard for two days to repair the chimney. At each stage they kept us informed of progress. They did a wonderful job, kept the site clean and tidied up once job completed. On top of their excellent work, they are a team of friendly and courteous workers, who also took care of a few other things that needed attention. "Maintain It All did a great job digging up a mess of old concrete, the extent which was not known prior to starting the job to then lay down a new driveway extension. The driveway looks great and their project manager was very helpful throughout the process. The pricing is middle of the road, however their level of service and quality of the work more than makes up for paying a little extra. They also did a soft wash of my house/deck which came out very nicely for a reasonable price."

"In March 2011, a rock pad was laid as a foundation for our large garage being delivered.  Excellent work performed.  As a result of the impressive, professional job done, we had Rock a Fellas redo our deck in July, 2011.  A re-decking took place with Timbertech decking materials with radiance rails.  This was not an easy job, but Rock was very helpful in offering important advice and opinions on where to select materials etc.  He also took care of ordering the dumpster to haul away debris, a detail which can be overlooked by an overwhelmed customer.  He also rectified any concerns/issues with a prompt, professional manner which ultimately led to our great satisfaction when job was completed.
