"The work crew showed up on time and did a very good job trimming the tree. The men do know proper tree care. They were very careful not to damage my roof, gutters or the surrounding bushes and plants. The price was high but I hired Walter and Mika because Walter is a certified arborist and a professional in whom I had confidence. I would have given 5 stars but the clean up could have been a little better. The workers blew some small twigs under my bushes instead of racking them up. It was nothing too objectionable but for what I paid I expected a more thorough clean up without having to check on what they did. I would have asked the foreman to clean up more thoroughly but I did not notice the small twigs until after the crew left."

"A&Y Performed a tree removal for me. It was approximately an 80-foot tree very close to my house and backyard deck. I was a bit nervous as I had seen "TREE Fails" on YouTube. Their insurance was current and complete so that helped my nervousness:) The crew arrived on time and had the tree removed by noon. I was very impressed and highly recommend A&Y for tree removal. They left the worksite clean and split the rounds and stacked the wood for me (I wanted it for firewood). I felt the price was fair and the customer service was excellent. "Joel & his team are honest, brave , & hard working. They arrived on time everyday & cleaned up & left my home neat & well cared for every night. I have dozens of large live oaks & Monterey pines on my property some 60 feet tall. Joel helped me maintain a fire safe cleared area all around my home removing huge branches & limbs from trees that had to be climbed & cabled for safety. These are tree professionals. Actual experts not just tree trimmers. My property is a steep hillside. No problem. Most of my trees are 50 to 100 years old. Some I planted as a boy. I am 63. Joel even found a dove’s nest full of baby birds on a limb 40 feet up set to be cut & came down to ask me how to proceed.
