He explained every step it would take to complete the job and which correlated precisely with industry standards for driveway concrete. I already had a good idea of what reasonable cost would be. A & R's quote was reasonable and right on target for my budget. He scheduled a date and time to start the job and estimated how long it would take to complete. There were a total of three scheduled visits to complete the job. Enrique and his crew arrived on time and ready to work whether the task was escavating, framing, spreading or sealing. "This one-star rating is generous! We are seven weeks into a four-day job at our house! The have been back three times to finish the job and it is still not done. My back yard is a mud pit! I have been informed by the "office" that it will take two more weeks before I can be put on the schedule for a crew to come back. The crew is working from their Lancaster office, and the managers won't return phone calls and are hiding behind the receptionist. I work just a few miles from their Lexington office, so I decided to pop in and talk to a different person only to find out that there is no staff in this office. The website for the Lexington office has a picture of the building and posted hours of 9 am to 6 pm, but it is just a building with mailboxes and a few shared meeting rooms used by several companies. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Think twice before hiring USS!"
