"This company was wonderful. As I compared companies they were a bit more expensive than most, but they seemed to be the very best option out there, so I was willing to pay. As with most projects, there were many setbacks which caused the project to take longer and cost more at every new revelation. I believe that Andrew always had our best interest in mind and he went to great lengths to make sure that we were happy with the final outcome, which we were. We had to have planks replaced and a new matte finish placed over the entire floor to seal it. The crew that worked on the floor were very kind, helpful, careful and professional.
