Our carpets haven't been done in quite a few years... they were stained and you don't realize how dirty they were till Bob goes to work. Granted I wasn't expecting miracles given they are at least 12 years old.... and I conveyed this to Mr. Klein prior to him seeing them and doing them.... did every stain come out?  No  but all most ALL of them did considering!!! He arrives in a timely fashion, takes care when handling any furniture, very respectful of the home he enters just an all around really good guy!!!
