"They were very professional and friendly.  They cut our tree down with no problems.  The only minor drawback was that they came on Wednesday, 9/25/2013 and weren't able to cut the tree down due to bees.  The owner, Jaime, said he would be back on Thursday with bee spray.  He called me on Thursday and said that he was stuck at this one job but he would try to get to my house early evening.  That afternoon, we decided that he would come on Friday, 9/27/2013 instead since the job he was on was taking the entire day.  Jaime was very apologetic about the delay, which I appreciated.  I understand that in life things happen that are out of our control.
I would recommend Conklin's.  Their prices are very fair and honest.  We had another estimate that was three times as much as Conklin's.
