"Frances is pleasant to talk with and was punctual and responsive. My problem was that he's probably too busy. When I received his invoice, he charged me for the recessed lights that *I* had already purchased and then I had to prove myself by showing him the receipt. He charged me 2x the Home Depot price for Romex (which I had 100 feet of in my garage, ready to go). He put in dimmer switches that didn't match the coloring of my house project (old switches were almond, new switches should have been white) and then indicated he thought I wanted almond color since those were in other places (so were the white!). He should have asked what color I wanted, but didn't and then didn't offer to replace them. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth, I'd not hire him again."

"Craig is a great guy. Truly a professional Master Electrician - We had an emergency on a day that he had previously fully booked. Recommended another service provider and told me that if I couldn't get someone to address my issue during the day that he would come after 6pm. He arrived when he promised and worked tirelessly until 2AM to resolve our issue and ensure the situation was resolved and safe. All contractors should be so conscientious and dedicated, He truly enjoys what he does and is very easy to work with. I highly recommend Seapoint Electrical."

"The Smart Home features they installed, such as thermostat and door locks, etc. do not always work. For example, the Honeywell thermostat can no longer be operated from our phones and is difficult to install. Remote door locks are also unpredictable."

"Transitioning my 15 year-old Sonos S1 system to a current Sonos S2 system proved to be much more difficult than anyone thought; due to Apple compatibility issues between its legacy iTunes system and it's more current Apple Music, there proved to be no known straight line path to bringing over my many iTunes playlists and library. Jeffery demonstrated excellent knowledge in, first, working with Apple tech support to try and solve this and, second, when tech support failed, he stuck with it and problem-solved his way to a solution. I was happily impressed with Jeff's ability to get this done."

"Despite the weather, it was cold, rainy and snow on the ground, the three people that worked here today kept working. I questioned whether today would be a good day to get all the leaves but I was assured if not today, they would be back for the rest. I would say 95% of the leaves were picked up and the remaining leaves are under snow. I don't know how they did it. All were very pleasant and worked hard. I don't usually leave reviews, but just had to today. We've had this company here for yard cleanup three years in a row now ... Will see you again next year. ... Thank you very much!"
