"Brenda and USA Cabinet Store created the design and procured materials for the complete renovation of my 10+ year old master bathroom. The primary goal was to replace the large and unused jacuzzi tub with more usable storage space and to make the entire space more functional and visually appealing, fitting in with the contemporary design of my townhome. I couldn't be happier with the end result, which also included replacement of all vanity cabinets, floor, wall tiling, etc. Brenda was very helpful and responsive. When it came to choosing new cabinets, flooring, backsplash, and countertops, the owner, John Zullinger, was extremely helpful in providing me with the pros and cons of my choices (which I asked for), without trying to persuade me one way or another. He is meticulous about the job, and it showed in the result. The subcontractors he hired were professional, did extremely good work, and cleaned up after themselves. "At first not so good. This was several years back. A new woman was hired to coordinate installations. The work I requested was not completed and the scheduling personel became very defensive when questioned, although i am the customer. Long story short, the owner became involved and corrected the situation. Would have given a five star had the scheduler been polite and not defensive."

"5 STARS!!!!! I had been thinking about a big remodel of my kitchen for a while now, put it off for years until I saw my nieces kitchen. Jose remodeled her kitchen and bathroom and she had a wonderful experience and it looked Spectacular!. I asked Jose to come give me an estimate and it was very fair, he was very willing to help with my vision and added some great ideas. Jose is a PRO!!! Jose is a Partner in the experience and really made all my Kitchen dreams come true. I had a vision and if he could not find the item I envisioned he had it created at a reasonable cost. Jose is resourceful, hardworking, timely and never left a day without cleaning up. There is so much I can say but not sure that all want to read a very long review so we will post some pictures. I have a couple other projects that we will be working together on in the future."

"Right before my warranty expired the bathtub I had refinished started peeling on the area in front of the tub. When I called to get it fixed the office that did the original job was redistricted and would not service me so there was some back and forth with the new location in my service area taking responsibility for the repair. They finally agreed to do the repair but never completed it. The area they fixed was patched but never repainted to match the rest of the tub so it now looks white in some area's but a dingy gray on the patched area and now my warranty has expired."
