"Do not use B.W. Tile. We paid him to complete a 2 bathroom job. He charged $17,000 for the two bathrooms. Every week he demanded money and he paid him a total of $16,500 in cash because he didn't want to claim it on his taxes. We kept asking when the second bathroom would be done. Two months later and we get a text (not even a phone call) stating he's decided NOT to do the 2nd bathroom. I requested my money back since he didn't do the job, and he refused.
