Joe was the most knowledgeable about the right paint systems to apply to the exterior of my home and was a a real craftsman that had passion for the project as well. He helped me select the right color scheme and the right paints and finishes for the home. This included a lot of detailed work around the eves, windows and even included a faux finish on the front door to match the existing garage. It dramatically transformed the look and feel of the home. It looks amazing. Joe completed the job on time, on budget and was extremely good to work with. His team included 2-3 guys every day and he was on site to make sure I was happy. His team was great to work with and took care of every detail I could imagine. All interactions went very smooth - from defining and quoting the project, down to timely execution of the 2 day project. As well, they went over and above the contact to paint other small areas that were not included in the original quote. They wanted everything to match. Their team worked very efficiency to get the project done on time. We have more painting projects in the schedule. Perez Painting will be the only call I will make. "Not good. Was rushed. Did not provide samples. I had to go buy them myself. I asked for some time so we could decide on colors. The jod was rushed and do not feel that the job was done right. Long story short I have had to fix the things they Broke or did not complete. What was promised was not done. If you hire them. Make sure you get it in writing. The crew was nice. Better if you speak Spanish. But they were a good crew. I am sorry I could not leave a better review. But with all the clean up. And getting all the paint off my wall ways. I should have got more quotes. Than had to make the check out to different people. Just a little shady to me."

Other painters estimated between 3-4 days to complete. His painters had it done in 1 1/2 days, and they did an excellent job. I am very impressed. Also, they are all very nice men."
