Experienced Handyman & Skilled Problem Solver\nHello I am a dependable, hands-on handyman with a broad range of skills and a practical approach to solving problems. I believe in taking the time to understand the issue, finding the right solution, and doing the job properly.\n\nMy home improvement and maintenance experience includes interior and exterior painting, preparation, sanding, masking, and power washing, including the use of professional hot-water power washing equipment. I also handle many common household repairs, including toilet repairs and replacements, leaking sinks and faucets, hot water tank replacements, and copper pipe repairs and sweating.\n\nIn addition to my home repair skills, I have 30 years of automotive mechanical experience, including diagnostics, troubleshooting, identifying problems, and making repairs.
