"Jen was a great help with ideas on keeping my house simplistic, we toured each room, she examined and gave insightful ideas/suggestions on color, patterns and general decorating. I have limited knowledge on house decor and she was very professional and gave me many was to improve my interior. I had wood color trim with white walls and she laid out steps on how to go about sanding and painting which has greatly improved the interior and getting me into the 21st century instead of being stuck in 1980’s/90’s. Dr Launi and her helper were both efficient and hardworking, and being a psychologist also, Dr. Launi was able to work with my kid to choose what to keep and what to get rid of. She is also very good with supporting neurodiverse people, and in this situation that was essential! The team packed up the apartment, took discarded items to the dump, and brought what was to be kept to the new living space…smiling and sharing humor while doing so! I recommend them highly, and believe they would be great working with college kids moving out, seniors downsizing their homes, or busy families that need to revamp and reorganize for better daily life. "Steve was recommended by a neighbor who is also in the trades. I called, left a message, he called me back within an hour. After discussing the broken torsion spring and what it would take to replace it - including me sending pictures, he quoted me a very fair price and said he would be able to come do the repair the next day at 10 AM. Next day at 10 AM, there he was on my doorstep. About 40 minutes later the replacement was complete, including some minor adjustments that were also needed, all included in the original quoted price. The door is now working perfectly. I heartily recommend Steve and his business for any and all garage door installations or service."
