They gave me a quote to replace the Anderson lock for an absurd amount like thousands of dollars. Then I had another locksmith replace the cylinder in less than an hour and it was all done. I requested a refund and they refused so I disputed with my credit card and Reeds had the audacity to call me to tell me llied and asked me if how I could sleep at night. I asked him how he could sleep at night because I told the truth and they tried to scam me. They are highly unethical!"
