"<p>Found this dealer on Angie's List.  Liked overall reviews.  Visited showroom and met with Jim, who was very friendly and helpful.  Spent time with us and provided some needed suggestions.  Gave us three large samples to take home to match with existing hardwood in home.  Came by the next day and helped us make our choice.  Based on the price, professionalism and previous reviews, I signed the contract that day.  I had previously shopped other flooring stores, including two large home improvement stores.  The "B" rating for price was based on the "discount/home improvement" stores that appeared to be a little lower.  However, I was more focused on quality and that is why I chose Superior Flooring.  Price was comparable with other flooring stores.</p> <p>Product was ordered and within three weeks was delivered to home.  Installers came a few days later.  This timing was excellent, since it gave me time to paint the two rooms first.  The two installers were excellent!!  They were professional, polite, friendly and worked continuously until the job was done.  I give them an "A+" work their workmanship.  Cleaned up when finished.</p> <p>Several days later Roger came by to inspect the job.  He asked if I was satisfied and I told him I was very satisfied and would not hesitate to refer and/or use them again for any future needs.  I gave him final payment and thanked him for a job well done.</p> <p>As a 67 year old, retired person, I value quality and workmanship first.  Price is a close second, but not the determining factor.</p> <p>Overall, this was a very good experience.</p>"

"The inspection revealed an aged out system along with some bad practices of installation , after we purchased the home we called RLS back and they replaced and update the complete system which made a HUGE difference in performance and gas removal as well as making these systems very quiet in operation. Ron was very knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with . I will also add that we used Ron for some critical carpentry work with installing a custom door and jamb , along with cabinetry work . The outcome of this work was Stellar and we could not be happier with Ron's work ."

"Bob was very punctual and his communication before and during the job was very good.  <br /> I should have set a completion date so that I was sure of the days they would be there all day .vs part of the day or not at all. A couple of the days I was told they would be there but they weren't able to accomplish that extending the project into the next week. <br /> Overall they did a good job. There were several detail things/short cuts that were missed and discovered when the painter arrived. Not the end of the world but I would have done it a bit differently next time.  They were good about doing as we asked as the project progressed. If you are very detail oriented I would get EVERYTHING in writing before the job. Not just the basics. <br /> They did an great job of keeping the mess to a minimum during the work and and always cleaned up after every day of work. I felt comfortable about them in the house during the work and would recommend them with a word of caution realtive to the details  <br /> and specifics. <br /> Everything looks good, now that we are complete. <br />"

"They are honest about things that needed to be done, that he could or could not do. He has a lot going on and so he has to work on bigger project first but that is common. Sometimes if he do not have a big job you cannot really expect to get quick service, that kind of goes for a lot of people. I would use his services again in the future, as eventually it’s the right thing."
