"Caitlin came out and was very professional and ready to provide recommendations as requested for our backyard, Her ideas impressed us so much in that she was able to envision more for our backyard then we could, so we gave her the green light after seeing her mock up. She provided CSWs licensures, permits and workers' compensation for its employees. CSW came as scheduled with an entire crew ready to work! Caitlin was there and was able to provide us with the plan for the week, ur I mean the next 3 days, ha! I was in disbelief that they could manage to finish the LARGE job in just 3 days. They started on Monday and was done by Wed night, wait, what!? They prepped/graded the existing grass, furnished and installed (28) 15 gal areca palms, (2) 25 gal Triple Foxtails, (4) 7 gal Red Tis plants and (6) 3 gal Croton plants, They furnished and installed walkways and patio with concrete edging in the backyard and side yard. They modified our irrigation system, installed brown river rocks in the backyard and later around the entire house, Finally, they installed a lighting system that illuminates our new backyard. We were so pleased with the results that we asked for an additional project to be done and signed up for monthly service to keep our new yard and the rest of out property looking like the envy of the neighborhood! "We contacted Dakota and Southern Brothers Landscape Design to get a quote on remodeling our landscaping in Huntington at Safety Harbor. He showed up on time and brought his entire crew with him. He was my second quote and we walked the property while discussing expectations. He gave a fair price and could start immediately after agreeing. My lawn was serviced the same day and looked great. We discussed our future project of replacing old sod with new sod along with new azaleas. He quoted another fair price and we agreed to do the upgrade. The new sod looks great and cut good around the corners and green. His team dug out an old tree and replaced with new azaleas. The new azaleas on both sides of front door were planted in a strategic direction to bring the best look. Also completed new brown mulch on all the beds on the property with expert mulching.
