When a problem arose with several windows, we called Karoly and Jesse Laskowske, Operations Manager, came to my home to inspect and secured the problem. He also directed me how to submit a warranty claim and was instrumental in dealing with the adjuster. When replacement parts arrived, 2 Karoly employees spent 4 hours making the repairs. This level of service is extraordinary, especially after so many years. I strongly recommend anyone looking to replace windows and doors call Karoly Windows and Doors. "Excellent company. Price was fair, work performed as promised. We agreed to the proposed height but when their installation crew began work, they looked it over and discovered that they could add additional height that really made a huge improvement. The insulated roof keeps the heat out, the screens are heavy duty so that even our large dog can't hurt it. Best of all, we had a small leak where the room met the existing roof and they came out until it was found and fixed. Nothing better than a company that does great work and guarantees it."

"We selected Active Door & Window based on a recommendation from a very satisfied neighbor. We found the price to be competitive and the workmanship superior. It was amazing how clean our condo was after the window installation. You could not tell we had any construction done. We did have a couple issues that needed to be addressed following the installation and their prompt attention to our needs was commendable. They are very customer service oriented. "Team Farrel, Please take this as constructive criticism ; So the first time I contacted this company they did a good job, it was a relatively small job but they did good, So I thought id use them again or at least offer then the work but every other experience over the last 4 years that I have had with them has not been great to put it lightly, which has been more than 4 times. I really hope I can change this review someday, I really want too, as I hate to leave negative feedback and I am a small business owner myself. I love a great comeback story so I hope these guys can change but this company needs to learn a thing or two on at least the customer service side of things and right now they dont seem to want to learn. "Great company! I had Bahama storm shutters, awnings & upstairs deck railing installed in 2020 which was great work. The thing that I am most impressed about is that while prepping for hurricane Ian (09/2022) I had difficulty setting/closing the shutters, so I gave them a call. After explaining my situation, within 30 minutes a manager came over and to my grateful relief helped me lock them down.
