"It seems that the job was done right, although the price of $ 2500 seemed rather exorbitant considering that Mr. Hester and his crew of 5-6 men took only about 5-6 hours to trim our two large pin oak trees with only 1-2 men actually in the trees doing the trimming. While I believe the job was done right, what I did not like was Mr. Hester's constant harping about the condition of the one tree, implying that the tree was dying so fast that at least one of the major remaining limbs could fall within the next few weeks. While I appreciated his concern for the health of our one tree and our home's safety, I wondered why for that price he couldn't have done more trimming of the tree section in question. His constant remarks about the poor health of that tree (accompanied by his estimate that to remove that tree might cost us an addition $ 7000) made us feel that perhaps he was hoping to make even more money off of us even though the $ 2500 was already a financial hardship for us."
