"They were 2 hours late but they called ahead of time. They arrived after 6pm and changed the price + over $30.00. We had everything moved and ready to have the carpet cleaned we could not send them home. The carpet was soaked in places when they left and even though we turned down the air conditioner per their instructions, the carpet took 2 full days to dry."
