"Our experience with ESP Painting was fantastic. Both the owner, Eric, and the job foreman, Mike, were clear and transparent in all communications. Scheduling is always a little uncertain as previous jobs may take longer or shorter depending on weather, but once they were on site at our home, we were the priority and we felt it. They explained options (including options for things that we had never heard of, like the type of finish on a door frame), gave us time to think about it, and were always clear and up front about any problems that they encountered. They used our garage for staging, a basement sink for cleaning brushes, and our bathroom for hygiene; they were always professional and kept the areas that they used clean. They were also easy to work with when small logistical challenges cropped up, like needing to park the painting trucks in a different location so that appliances could be delivered. Most importantly, they did a fantastic, thorough, and safe job on the painting. We will absolutely reach out to them the next time we need painting, and we will recommend them to anyone who listens."

"Tom completed several jobs for us over the last few months. He repaired a water damaged wall and closet. He was very professional and I was so pleased. Additionally, Tom painted our spare bedroom. The room has quite a bit of painted woodwork (4 large sash windows, tall baseboards, a several doors.) The completed work was beautiful, neat and clean. Recently, Tom built and installed pressure treated steps in our backyard. He came out took measurements then sent a proposal. The steps are great and solved a big problem for us. "All of the work was done professionally and with a great deal of care. All of the workers were prompt and very hard working. When we had questions or concerns, Higgins was there to listen and adjust the plan to meet our concerns. We had some damaged wood that was in need of repair and they took care of that for us. We were also provided some other recommendations to make sure that areas were sealed properly, and they took care of those areas for us. Lastly, their suggestions for painting certain trim work and gutters different colors, really did a number for bringing the whole look together. The whole time, they were committed to making sure that we were happy with the work being done, and that was very comforting to know. I would recommend them to anyone in the Pittsburgh area looking for help with their next painting project."
