"I first called Garage Doors plus when one of the springs on my garage door broke. They were very punctual and polite, but did not have the right spring to replace my broken one. They did a temporary fix and told me they would call when the new spring came in. A few weeks went by and I didn't hear anything. Then the spring on the other side broke, so I gave them a call back, and they were out within the week with two new springs and they replaced one of my pulleys as well.
