From the start, Gary seemed perfect, attentive and detailed with great designs. However the second he received the money is when the problems. Coordinating with Gary became slower due to his frequent vacations and inability to get ahold of him several times over 3 months. We had to reach out to his subcontractors and he scolded us for doing this! The cardinal sin is that Gary's team either purposely choose to not level the flooring substrate by simply adding new subfloor on-top of the old structurally problematic base, which would have kept the problem unresolved! We and our HOA ended up breaking ties and cutting our losses with him, very sad because we lost countless weeks with him. We don't recommend Gary to anyone."
