He cleared a great deal of trash I had accumulated over the years, ripped down an old shed and carted everything away the next day. He is extremely professional and hard-working. They worked all day and pruned, trimmed bushes and even tied all of our arborvitae up so they grow more full. His price was significantly better than any other quote I had received. "This was a few months ago so some details are less specific.
The work was all performed by a two person crew and the son of one of the crew. They did a great job and worked hard, but it felt a bit strange that they brought the kid. 
My negative scores all relate to the process of getting an estimate. The initial appointment the owner/Damian was a 'no-show" and admitted to forgetting about it when I called him. He was an hour late on the rescheduled date. Then even though I explained the job was to remove the overgrown shrub on the phone, he told me it was not worth coming back unless it was for a full day.
Since I felt the day rate was reasonable and I had other things I could come up with to fill the day I agreed. When they came back to do the work, the owner dropped off the crew and left (also a surprise). As mentioned the crew did good work so ultimately I have no complaints about the work done, but the process of getting it arranged was unprofessional.

Removed ash tree and stump; removed large cedar limb against house & are "training back" its branches from the driveway; repair/replacement of rotted sections in wooden fencing; created bluestone area for trash bins; cleaned out gutters and installed a section of gutter guards; plus several other smaller tasks. Everything was done to a quality, solid standard and Dylan is terrific at communicating well by phone, text, and in person regarding the work and the scheduling. When replacing a rotted piece of fence molding, it was revealed that the wood slats were also starting to rot. Dylan recommended we cut off the slats above the rot and put on a wider molding strip, plus drill proper weep holes. An efficient and affection solution. Could not be more pleased with the work ethic, range of skills, and integrity of Green 'n Clean."
