"Responsiveness is great. Very professional and courteous. The movers were personable, professional, courteous, and swift. It was a difficult move going into a smaller apartment. Since there was no space to put boxes in the bathroom and kitchen. I labeled and verbally told them to put those boxes in the eating area as I don't have a dining set. Somehow some of my boxes for the living room ended up in the bedroom and vice verse. Some of the Kitchen and bathroom boxes ended up in the living room . Some of Living room boxes ended up in the bedroom and vice versa. I found the bowls from my grandmother's dining set, however I can find the remaining pieces even though they were packed together. Would I hire them again didn't give me an option for maybe, I just chose yes for now. I haven't had the chance to finish unpacking and I'm hoping by the time I finish unpacking I can give them a higher rating."

"I'm giving them a second review because I've used them twice and they are excellent. Moving APT are a family run business and they are extremely professional, polite, flexible and really quick. I was surprised how quickly and efficiently they were able to move me from a small efficiency to a large apartment in a high-rise. The high-rise was challenging because it's a new building and they don't have access for a moving truck to come in. But these guys are really quick and all my stuff is in great condition. They even took apart some of my furniture and put it back together again. I'll always use Moving APT and I can't recommend them enough"

"The materials were delivered late so the work got delayed. Tom stayed on top of the job and coordinated everything very well. To catch up on the job and beat the coming colder weather, his workers worked an entire weekend to get caught up because of the material delay from the vendor (not their responsibility.) When they hit a snag around the windows caused by the original installation, they found a way to work around the problem, I now have new exterior window mouldings which make the house look much better, His workers were extremely knowledgeable about replacing siding. Very experienced and professional work was done. Also very trustworthy guys. I left the house open while I was at work so they could use the bathroom. Tom also suggested that I side the large shed which is close to the house with the left over material. Good advice. It looks great."
