"It went surprisingly well. The crew they sent was absolutely fantastic. The windows were terribly rotted when the crew showed up, with the wood surrounding the windows also being extremely rotted. I told them what my possible fears were, and they showed up very well prepared. One of the windows was huge, I thought it would be a 4 man job but they sent 2 guys and they had it completed in less than 2 hours. They made the job look so easy! The crew and sales people I dealt with were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I already plan on hiring them again. "We had problems without door closing for years and delayed calling for service due to concern for what the cost would be. It finally stopped working all together and we were forced to call. Left a message Sunday night and received a return call 7am Monday to schedule service that day. The technician was super nice and knowledgeable. I work nights and asked if he could just do the work and leave a bill for me so I could sleep. He did this without hesitation. I'm not sure how long the work took but it was repaired to look better than new. He repaired the part of the door that was bent instead of replacing it. The whole job was super inexpensive and very professionally done. I'm kicking myself for not having them come sooner. I am very happy with the work done and would rate them an A+ if I could."

As it was the holiday season, she was engaging even to the passing people and their children. A ray of sunshine amid the chaos. <br />  When Kirk came into my home to assess our needs, he was more than courteous. Conscientious of  our personal space and thoroughly explained his company's products. I am very grateful that he listened to our needs and helped us to make an appropriate selection. He made sure all available discounts were afforded to our estimate. Which, by the way, was no different than the final bill. Throughout, Kirk has followed the team from Kape. Making sure of both the progress and our satisfaction every step of the way. Even driving out of his way, mid-installation to check in on the event. <br />  The crew member were a perfect picture of efficiency!  Every member on time. They arrived in tandem and all proceeded with their jobs immediately. First  placing tarps to protect our home, through out. Then having every single supply in order and available to themselves.  <br />  Yes, I have had workmen need to use my extension cords. <br />  Not these guys! Awesomesauce!! For a job that I was prepared to take all day, they were in and out of here in a matter of hours. They even took time to indulge my disabled son. Took time to answer even his questions. Not everyone does that.  All four were very polite and exceptional to deal with. The whole time being respectful of our home. What a joyful and pleasant surprise. Right down to a fabulous job on even the clean up. Above and beyond, I would say. <br />  The change from our old windows was immediate and phenomenal!
