He also installed an additional electrical circuit on the exterior of my house and installed a generator interlock kit and generator hook up. "Unfortunately, I did not get the job done at all. Actually, not only did he abandon the work but did not even finish what he had started, and that cost me an extra $2,900. Like one of the reviewer's comments, I was fooled into engaging him because he appeared honest and sincere for a man of his age and stated 56 years of experience. That's a complete opposite is what this man is. I would not touch him with a pole the length of a mile. I would rate him a star only because I have to rate him."

"Very fittingly - Wind River's customer service absolutely STINKS. We used this company for nearly 15 years to service our septic and they consistently did a good job. However, they broke one of the covers to our septic system during their most recent cleaning and, despite repeated calls/requests that they fix the issue, they still have not done so three months later. We now have to find another provider."
