Today, they replaced the fence at my daughter's town house, and I have to say that the quality of the materials and the workmanship is outstanding. They did a 3.5 foot picket fence in the front, and a 6 foot privacy fence in the back. The posts are 4x4 or 6x6 (for the gate) pressure treated, and the rest of the fence is cedar. The fence is beautiful. Even the nails are all in a line on the pickets. I would highly recommend Fine Fence."

"Their work has always been "top-notch." Over the last 25 years, they replaced the tile twice, repaired the coping stones when needed, and last summer installed all new modern coping stones. This spring they are scheduled to re-plaster the pool for the second time in 25 years. They also assist with deck renovation by applying the mastic between the coping and surrounding pool deck. We are always pleased with results of their work. They provide the cost of the work upfront and always stick to the agreed price. Scheduling is tricky as it depends on the weather but once they begin the work, they stick with it until it is done without much downtime for use of the pool."

"This is a top-notch company without a doubt. The plans were well laid out and even included a drawing that gave us an idea of what the finished product would look like. The design was simple but elegant which is exactly what we had hoped for. The price was a bit high given our budget but, when I checked around different sites on the "average" cost of stone work, it seemed reasonable. The workmen spent a day removing the old tree and shrubs and poured a short cement wall around the perimeter of the planting bed. The next day they used mortar to affix beautiful stone to the cement wall. Slate pieces were placed on the top of the short wall all around the perimeter. <br /> The finished bed is exquisite to look at and is the envy of all our neighbors. The designer, Jane, was a gem to work with and we anticipate asking her to design something for our backyard in a few years when we are ready for that project. She found us just the right tree (Autumn Moon Japanese Maple) for the bed and goes beautifully with the brick of our townhome. She selected some shrubs and small plants and left enough room for annual flowers which was perfect. For the large pot we have in a niche by the front entrance, she selected a unique Japanese white pine that gives that spot an artistic flair and makes the whole front look elegant and serene. We would use this company (and the designer) again in the future without reservation. <br />"

"I've received the estimates and will update once work is done. Due to a heavy workload and uncooperative weather, Brian wasn't able to start until July. The front steps look great --- as does the back slab. His work and workers are professional, thorough and wonderful to deal with. <br /> <br /> We'll certainly be using him for other things around the house. <br /> <br /> Follow-up. I called Brian several months ago because the front steps had a separation where the riser met the step. He seems to have a problem following up or returning calls. I found this frustrating during our initial contact and, for that reason, probably wouldn't use him again."
